Hello, my name is Love Harrison, and I am a spiritual self-love coach. My journey toward healing and self-love has been a profound and transformative experience, filled with challenges that have shaped me into who I am today. In my early 30s, I found myself at an all-time low. I struggled with deep-seated trauma, and I felt utterly lost, overwhelmed by feelings of depression and isolation. There were times when I couldn't even bear to look at my reflection in the mirror, consumed by a sense of self-disgust. The vibrant light that once illuminated my spirit had dimmed, and I yearned desperately to rediscover it.

Yet, amid this darkness, a flicker of hope remained. I recognized that I could no longer be a victim of my circumstances. I was ready to reclaim my life! I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, diving deep into my spirituality and taking full accountability for my actions and choices. I immersed myself in research, enrolled in courses, and read countless books that guided me along the way. 

As I began to practice self-love and self-care, I realized that the path to healing is not a sprint but a marathon. It required time, patience, and immense grace towards myself. Despite the obstacles, I persevered, and today I can sincerely express how incredible it feels to embrace my authentic self. My life is now filled with happiness and peace, and the experience of loving and accepting myself is truly beautiful.

Deep within, I always knew that my purpose was to guide, teach, and spread love and compassion in this world. It has always been a part of me, waiting for me to embrace it fully. By doing my own inner work, I have equipped myself to help others on their journeys.

Now, I am here to offer you that same light and guidance.
