Refund Policy for Coaching Services

1. General Terms

  - This refund policy applies to all coaching services provided by Shining Bright Coaching LLC

  - By signing this contract, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

  - All deposits and payments made for coaching services are non-refundable once the coaching sessions have commenced. This includes any initial consultation fees, retainer fees, or package fees.

  - If the client decides to terminate the coaching services after the first session, the initial payment will not be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

  - Clients may request a refund for the remaining balance of pre-paid sessions only under the following circumstances:

    - The Coach fails to deliver the agreed-upon coaching services as outlined in this contract.

    - The client experiences a medical emergency that prevents them from continuing with the coaching sessions, supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor's note).

4. Refund Request Process

  - To initiate a refund request, the client must submit a written request to the Coach via email, detailing the reason for the refund request and including any supporting documents.

  - Refund requests must be submitted within [insert time frame, e.g., 14 days] of the last coaching session or the date the client became aware of the issue.

5. Refund Processing

6. No-Show Policy
